Who Is This For?

This is for the person who is carrying it all.

You're a high-achiever. You hold it together on the outside and quietly fall apart on the inside. You show up for everyone. You're the one people look to. You're driven, capable, ambitious.

But you're not prioritising yourself. You're putting everyone else first and not giving yourself a chance.

Somewhere between the back-to-back meetings, the mental load, and the pressure to keep performing, you've lost the thread to yourself.

And the hardest part? Deep down, part of you feels like you don't deserve to feel good. Like prioritising yourself is somehow selfish. Like everyone else's needs come before your own.

You want to be better for yourself. You want to feel good. You're just stuck in a story that says you don't deserve to.

You do. And this is where that changes.

Brain Health Advocate. What Does That Mean?

Most people don't think about their brain until something goes wrong. I want to change that.

Your brain shapes everything. How you think, how you feel, how you respond under pressure, how you relate to yourself and the people around you. When it's not being looked after, everything suffers. Your focus. Your confidence. Your relationships. Your ability to make decisions that are actually good for you.

Being a Brain Health Advocate means I believe that understanding your mind is one of the most powerful investments you can make in your life. Not in a clinical, detached way but in a deeply human, deeply practical one.

Through the Brain Health Collective, I educate, raise awareness, and help people build habits that genuinely protect and support their mental and cognitive health, particularly within communities that are too often left out of these conversations.

This work is personal for me. My grandfather was diagnosed with dementia, and watching that unfold changed how I see everything. Brain health stopped being abstract. It became urgent. It became something I knew I had to fight for.

So in everything I do, my coaching, my workshops, my speaking, brain health sits at the centre. Because when you truly understand what's happening in your mind, you can meet yourself with so much more compassion. And that changes everything.

I'm Grace Luwero. Life Coach, Brain Health Advocate, and founder of the Brain Health Collective.

But before the title, I'm someone who knows what it feels like to carry it all and still feel like you're not doing enough.

I've been that person. High-achieving, capable, showing up for everyone around me and quietly putting myself last. Telling myself I'd focus on me later. That everyone else's needs came first. That somehow, despite everything I was doing, I still didn't quite deserve to feel good.

That feeling is real. And it's more common than people admit, especially among women who are used to being the strong one.

My grandfather was diagnosed with dementia. And watching someone you love lose pieces of themselves, their memories, their words, their recognition of your face, does something to you. It made me angry. Not at him. At the silence. At how little people knew.

Those two things together, my own experience of not putting myself first, and watching what happens when we don't look after our minds, are the reason the Brain Health Collective exists.

I built it because I wanted to create something that didn't exist when my family needed it. A space where brain health is talked about honestly, openly, and in a way that actually reaches people. I've since partnered with the NHS, Public Health England, and Medway Council and had the privilege of speaking to thousands of people about why protecting your mind is one of the most important things you can do.

In my coaching, I work with people who look like they have it together, because I was one of them. I know the exhaustion of performing capability while quietly struggling. I know what it costs to keep putting yourself last. And I know what becomes possible when you finally decide that you are worth prioritising.

If you've landed on this page, something brought you here.

I'd love to find out what.

How We Can Work Together

I don't do one-size-fits-all. Everything I offer is built around the person or the organisation in front of me.

1:1 Coaching

£75/session or £199/month (3 sessions)

For when you know something needs to shift, you're just not sure where to start

You might be overwhelmed, stuck in a pattern you can't quite name, or carrying a version of yourself that doesn't quite fit anymore. That's exactly where we begin. In our work together, we slow down, get honest, and build from wherever you actually are. No pressure. No performance. Just real progress at a pace that works for you.

Because your people can't perform well if they're not well

Most wellbeing initiatives look good on paper and land flat in practice. I work with organisations to bring real, practical brain health and wellbeing support to their teams. Whether that's a workshop that sparks conversation, a series that builds something lasting, or strategic consultation to figure out what your people genuinely need.

What People Are Saying

"Before working with Grace, I was functioning but barely. I was keeping up appearances at work, managing everything at home, and completely losing myself in the process. Grace helped me see patterns I couldn't see on my own. She didn't just listen, she challenged me in the right ways. I feel clearer, calmer, and for the first time in years I'm actually making decisions for myself."

Tiwa

Head of People

"I came to Grace during one of the hardest periods of my life. I was grieving, overwhelmed, and still trying to show up at work like everything was fine. Grace gave me a genuinely safe space to fall apart and then helped me put myself back together in a way that actually made sense. I didn't expect to leave our sessions feeling like I finally understood myself, but I did."

Sarah

Healthcare Professional

"I attended one of Grace's events 'Your life matters, it starts with us.' She spoke so eloquently, and the response was unlike anything I've experienced before from a young lady, old enough to be my granddaughter. People were still talking about it weeks later. She has a rare ability to be completely professional and completely real at the same time and that combination is what makes her message stick. We can't wait for her to come back."
